BT 1356 Recore – Aluminum Caterpillar D11T Bulldozer Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1356 all aluminum charge air cooler recore service allows us to take the existing charge air cooler from your Caterpillar D11T bulldozers and replace the old core with a brand new one. This gives you a like new cooler while also saving you money versus buying an entirely new unit. We will reuse your existing tanks (provided they are in good shape) while still eliminating all points of failure from the existing core. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 33.5 inches from header to header, 26.65 inches from side to side, and 3.15 inches thick. We will TIG weld the aluminum tanks on to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
