BT 1350 – Aluminum Terex TM320 Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1350 all aluminum, heavy duty charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Terex TM320’s. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our most durable heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Heavy duty extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, thereby eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 25.13 inches from tank to tank, 14.75 inches from side to side, and 3.50 inches thick. Thick wall, U-channel tanks are TIG welded to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond and has a 3.00 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
