BT 1215 Recore – Monaco Dynasty Motorhome Charge Air Cooler

The all aluminum BT 1215 recore service allows us to take the existing charge air cooler from your 2005 Monaco Dynasty motorhome and replace the old core with a brand new one. This gives you a like new cooler while also saving you money versus buying an entirely new unit. We’ll reuse your existing tanks (provided they are in good shape) while still eliminating all points of failure from the existing core. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 33.50 inches from header to header, 26.87 inches from side to side, 2.559 inches thick, and 3.88 inches inside the header. We will TIG weld the aluminum tanks on to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond.
