BT 1198I – Flexliner Coach Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1198I all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Flexliner Coachs. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 23.25 inches from header to header, 16.89 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
