BT 5189 – Aluminum Case Construction Equipment Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5189 oil cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for certain Case equipment. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core is built using our heaviest duty heat exchanger design that is capable of withstanding tremendous heat and pressure. Solid, extruded tubes are brazed together as one unit without the use of header plates, eliminating thousands of potential failure points. The core measures 24.00 inches from tank to tank, 8.13 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. Special U-channel aluminum tanks with thicker walls are TIG welded directly to the core to ensure the strongest possible bond. Both the inlet and outlet are #12 O-ring boss fittings. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
