BT 5153 – Aluminum Frac Pump Truck Oil Cooler

The all aluminum BT 5153 is an oil cooler designed for Frac Truck gears. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, this unit is built using the strongest heat exchanger design on the market. The core is built using heavy duty extruded tubes and measures 37.00 inches from tank to tank, 33.25 inches from side to side, and 4.50 inches thick. Likewise, the tanks are heavy duty, extruded aluminum tanks and are TIG welded directly to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. The unit has a #24 O-ring boss fitting for both the inlet and the outlet.
