I find myself completely disagreeing with many of the other reviews here. I’ve owned and used many high end cookware sets, and this is easily one of my favorites. I’ve been using this set for a while now, and I was expecting to come back and see thousands of 5-star reviews. Instead, I’m genuinely surprised to see only a handful of reviews. This is such a nice well crafted product that deserves way more recognition.I can tell that there’s a lot of detail that went into this set. Everything from the packaging, to the intricate designs around the sides, the patterns on the bottom and the quality of the rivets. It looks modern, feels premium, and has a solid, decent weight to it. At first, I was a bit concerned that my wife might find it too heavy, as she’s used to lighter cookware, but after using it, we both agreed that it has a sturdy heavy feel. This is NOT lightweight cookware by any means. Because of that weight, this can’t be just aluminum. This appears to be a mix of stainless steel and aluminum.Nonstick Works Perfectly. I have other ceramic pans, and this one is on par with the rest of them.This Pan Heats Up Fast & Evenly – No hotspots, food cooks predictably and evenly.Unique FeaturesThere are two features that I really like.High Sides on the Pan – The pan has extra high sides. I wasn’t sure how this was going to fare for daily cooking, but the more I use it, the more I like it, especially when it comes to cooking with higher liquid content. Whether you’re making a sauce or curry, you don’t have to worry about liquids spilling.Unique Convex Design – Unlike most pans where oil pools in the center, this one has a unique very slight convex shape that causes the oil to evenly distribute around the food. Instead of the oil sitting in one place, it flows to all sides, which allows for better coverage for even frying.What I Didn’t LikeThe Included Tools Feel Like an Afterthought – The only thing I didn’t like was the included utensils. They seemed like a last minute addition rather than something that truly belonged with this set. They don’t feel like they were made by the same manufacturer, and honestly, they just didn’t match the high quality of the cookware itself. I didn’t like the way they felt in my hand, and as a result, I don’t use them.Final ThoughtsAnything under $100 is a steal. I would expect a similar quality set to sell for $200 in a retail store. Both me and my wife agree, that this set is a high quality, beautifully designed, with unique modern twist, that performs exceptionally well. She really likes it. It’s definitely a solid 5 out of 5!
