Berryman 2616 B-12 Chemtool Total Fuel System Clean-Up Easy Pour-In Metal Can, 16-Ounce, Fluid

I actually purchased this to run through a 60 year old tractor engine. It had been sitting for quite a while while I did some work on it (none of which was related to the fuel system or carbeurator. After the project was finished, everything worked fine for a few minutes, then the engine would sputter as if it wasn’t getting any gas. This condition would be worse if I was running it at higher RPMs. This happened a few times and once even died but it started back up after a couple minutes. On a hunch, the easiest thing was to run some carb cleaner through it. I portioned it out to match the amount of fuel in the tank and then ran the engine hard for about 45 minutes. It ran perfectly without any sputters along the way. Did this really help? I don’t know. What I do know is after I ran this through the carb, the problem I was having did not happen again.
